Terms of service
All our font licenses are subject to the MNDT Type by Mindt® Studio → EULA. See the full EULA for complete license terms and usage rights.
In Short—Before You License
● Licenses are priced by the total company size of the license owner and the intended use. The license owner is the end client—the company that benefits from the design. Designers or agencies can purchase on their behalf, but the license must match the client’s company size.
● Choose the license based on how the font will be used. A desktop/print license covers most design work—print, static digital layouts, and image-based graphics; excludes goods for sale. A web license is needed for self-hosting fonts on a website. A logo license covers using the font to design your (or your client’s) logo or wordmark. If the fonts appear in videos or social media content, a social media + broadcast license applies (included with desktop/print license for ≤25 employees; not valid standalone).
● Designers don’t need a separate license if they are the one initial subcontractor included in the client’s license. That means: if you’re a designer or agency creating work for a client, your use of the font(s) is covered by your client’s license—as long as you use them exclusively for their project.
● Need more seats or external collaborators? Each license includes one initial subcontractor (e. g. designer, agency). If multiple external collaborators need to install the font(s), you can easily add inexpensive seat licenses for each user to stay compliant.
